I am Adam Swisher, PhD, an Assistant Proffesor of Economics as well as a Fellow with the Center of Free Enterprise and Entreprenuership at Florida Southern College.

My research interests center around the new institutional economics, public choice, and the application of quasi-experimental econometric analysis. With a strong focus on institutional development, I have specifically investigated questions concerning changes in regulatory landscapes. Additionally, my work delves into governance in the American West and its lasting impact on legal and economic structures.
